Angelo F. Rizzo supports Barshay Sanders in their extensive commercial litigation including but not limited to contract breaches, class actions, and LLC member disputes. He is actively engaged in litigating commercial breaches countrywide. Academics is something that he is deeply passionate about as a co-teacher of “The E. David Woycik, Jr. Intensive Trial Techniques Program” (2013 Program) at the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University. Additionally, he has spoken in numerous forums including the Brooklyn Plaintiff’s Bar Association Judge’s Forum in 2004, the “How To Handle a No-Fault Case” Continuing Legal Education programs in 2009 and 2011, and various seminars for medical providers on lien recovery strategies. To add to his list of accolades, Mr. Rizzo is vastly published in numerous legal journals on various contentious civil law issues. He received his undergraduate degree from Queens College and his Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law. Further, he is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York. Also, he is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association.
