Mr. Dudani’s areas of interest and expertise are commercial law, litigation, technology law, privacy law, medical malpractice, EB-5 immigration and personal injury law. Mr. Dudani is an integral part of the Firm’s Copyright and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Trial and Litigation Department. He practices Federal Litigation in New York. He is licensed to practice in State of New York and California. Additionally, he is admitted to the Federal Courts including the Eastern and Southern District Courts of New York. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dudani worked at a fast-paced medical malpractice and personal injury litigation firm in Downtown Manhattan, the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, and the California Office of Attorney General. Mr. Dudani is a graduate of UC Berkeley, School of Law. While a student at Berkeley Law, he was the Cofounder and Vice President of the Berkeley Information Privacy Law Association, an Associate Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, and a Staff Editor with the Berkeley Business Law Journal. Mr. Dudani has received the Kalpakam Award, by International House-UC Berkeley in recognition of his commendable volunteer work in the Bay Area. Additionally, he was honored with the Certificate of Recognition by Berkeley Law for his demonstrated commitment to the greater good through public interest and pro bono work.
